HOW DO I GET MY RENTAL ITEMS?​
All our rentals are handled through our self-serve bin pickup and return system. The pickup location address will be provided via email with your receipt once payment has been made in full, including the required deposit.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
A rental deposit is required to secure your booking and must be paid using a valid credit or debit card. This deposit acts as a security hold for the equipment and will be fully refunded within five (5) business days after all items are returned and inspected to be in good working order.

HOW DO I USE MY RENTAL?
ll of our rentals come with clear, easy-to-follow instructions so you can feel confident setting up and using your equipment. We also include simple cleaning guidelines to help you prepare items for return, making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

HOW DO I RETURN MY RENTALS?
We kindly ask that all rental items are returned clean and in good working condition, just as they were provided to you. Please ensure all equipment is free of food, debris, and residue. If items require extra cleaning or repairs, additional fees may apply.​

CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN PRODUCTS?
We kindly ask that only the products provided with your rental are used, as they are specifically selected for our equipment. Using outside products may affect performance or cause damage. If you require more than what is included, please contact us and we will be happy to provide additional supplies.

WILL R&R SET UP THE PARTY RENTALS FOR ME?
Setup services are available for an additional fee. If you would like us to handle the setup of your rentals, please contact us for more details and pricing.
